Do you fast often? I have found that various forms of fasting done often cleanses the body and keeps you from getting sick.

This is very true. I try to fast once a month for a 24 hours period. It helps me physically as well as spirituality. A great combination.

Keep in mind that you can do small fasts too. The myth that you must have three meals a day is just that - a myth. I have gone many days with just one meal and was able to get most of my work done in record time simply because I did not have a meal in my stomach weighing me down.

Not sure about that one. I don't think skipping meals is "healthy". Your body needs the fuel as well as much as it needs the fasting.

It is not a matter of skipping meals, it is a matter of eating when you need to as opposed to when the clock on the wall says you should.

I have done it before and felt very good, but you should already be healthy. A person should not start such a fast if they have not been properly fasting before.
